Growing up, I’ve always been fascinated by storytelling. The idea of creating worlds and creatures straight from my imagination without being confined by the rules of the real world has always captivated me. When I was younger it was always a place to escape to, doodles in notebooks and daydreaming while in class. Being older now I feel I have the tools to bring these places to life. Showing people the places where my imagination runs free and allowing them to take steps towards taking their own journey.

Working mainly with black and white acrylic ink I use a variety of techniques including line work, washes, gel pen and gold leaf to portray worlds of darkness, mystery and beauty. Minimal use of color helps to draw the viewer’s attention and amplify the meaning of specific objects.
