After retiring from a career in International Business, I decided I needed a new focus in life, and upon self- reflection I realized that art might be something to consider. While traveling around the world on business I always stopped in at Art museums and galleries. Viewing Art had become a true love of mine, so I decided to take the plunge and give it a try. I became a self-taught abstract artist who works predominantly with Acrylics. I incorporate mixed mediums and materials to create the particular effects I wish to convey in my works. I love the freedom to express my vision in each piece and embrace my creative side. My style is in continual flux as are the color combinations that I employ to draw the emotion for what I want to portray. Throughout the process I paint with a free spirit and allow my soul to direct the message in the art.
